Thrive offers a responsive curriculum that is flexible, purposeful and shaped around the children we teach. Children are at the heart of our approach, with their interests, needs and development helping to inform the learning opportunities we provide.

Using curriculum principles as a framework, we create meaningful learning experiences that support children academically, socially, emotionally and physically, while allowing the flexibility to explore interests, respond to curiosity and make the most of opportunities as they arise.

Our programme provides strong foundations in English and maths, alongside a broad range of creative, practical and nature-based learning experiences. This balance allows children to develop essential academic skills while also building confidence, creativity, independence and a genuine enjoyment of learning.

Enrichment sessions

Alongside our regular programme, we offer additional enrichment sessions throughout the year. These provide opportunities for children to broaden their experiences, develop new skills and explore subjects in greater depth through practical, hands-on learning. Sessions may be facilitated by the Thrive team or by visiting specialists, bringing additional skills, knowledge and experiences into our learning community.​
